Space Age Signet Ring
A vintage Space Age silver signet ring, circa 1970’s.
This vintage ring is crafted 875 silver and set with a large purple glass cabochon. It rests between two octagonal shaped prongs which feature chamfered detailing on the edges. The futuristic design is heavily influenced by the Space Age aesthetic.
UK ring size R, US size 8.5
The ring weighs a good 10.53 grams. There is evidence of a repair/resize to the shank. The glass cabochon is very securely set, however there are some scratches and chips to the purple glass. The octagonal silver ring face measures 17mm north to south and 14mm east to west.
