Vintage Swedish Locket Necklace

This charming vintage locket necklace, crafted in 18K yellow gold, dates from the early-to-mid 20th century. Made in Sweden, it features exquisite craftsmanship and elegant design.

The front of the locket is beautifully decorated with black and gold enamel in a swirling motif, protected by a clear glaze to ensure its longevity. The locket opens to reveal two compartments, perfectly suited for photographs or keepsakes such as locks of hair.

The pendant is hallmarked with Swedish 18K gold marks, alongside the maker’s mark “FBM,” confirming its provenance and quality. The accompanying chain is also crafted in 18K gold and bears matching hallmarks.

The locket measures 20mm x 14mm, whilst the chain measures 45cm (18 inches). It has a total weight of 7.24 grams.
