An unusual piece of jewellery dating to the early 20th century. It features a 14K gold tapering band which is set with three rose cut garnet gemstones, the largest in the centre. The faceted garnets are bezel set with milgrain beading, typical of the Edwardian period. Linear engravings decorate the gaps between the stones The outer band is stamped with a Dutch oak leaf hallmark to indicate the Netherlands and 14K gold.
